Apple's Bakery launches Gluten Free Whoesale Division

Apple's Bakery is pleased to announce the launch of our new wholesale Gluten Free Division. Food Intolerance is common place in today's society. Yet, the availability of specialty foods that are quality in taste and texture are too few. With an investment in the construction of dedicated production area and the purchase of dedicated equipment for the sole purpose of producing the best in gluten free, Apple's Bakery has shown our gluten intolerant customer we are committed to giving them the best. With the addition of a new seeded sandwich loaf and a state wholesale license, the Apple's Bakery Gluten Free product line is now available at Naturally Yours Grocery in Peoria, Illinois. Save the Date For National Pie Day!

It is hard to believe the first half of 2008 is past. We at Apple's Bakery are soaring toward the Holiday season just around the corner! So, before that is upon us, please mark your calendars now for our 2nd Annual National Pie Day celebration to raise money for Multiple Sclerosis awareness. Many of you know my mom, Alberta, has faced being afflicted with MS for a number of years. Her approach to life has been unwavering even with the challenging MS bring each day. She even continues to be the bakery's best box folder! As that she was my key inspiration as pie instructor early in my life, celebrating pie is a simple happy task for all of us at Apple's Bakery. Last year our impromptu fundraiser brought in nearly $900. This year we feel we can double that and we need you help. So save the date January 23, 2009 and be a part of my pie eating family. Our mission is to facilitate the conversations of others with our Smiles made from scratch and what better way than sharing a pie with friends and family!
