Where has the year already gone!

It always amazes how quickly the time just flies by! It seems as if the Holiday season was just upon us and now it is mid May. The past year has been remarkable in getting our story out and building the foundation for our future. Apple's Bakery has made a dramatic shift in the presentation of our business culture. In roads have been made in our mindset away from that of a "small business", to that of an emerging company. This is still a process, but the staff is thinking and communicating large. Wow... is this powerful! As a professional foodservice company the first half of the year is entrenched in planning for the second half of the year. Our efforts have centered at creating new revenues in the launch of gluten free products which have been met with overwhelming success and now the development of a coporate gift program.

Being a business owner is certainly never dull and the rewards are limitless with all of the relationships fostered at each twist and turn. Two vital new exposures to the talents of Simon Sinek and Ellen Rohr have allowed my business to explode with the discovery of our "why" and the tools to keep us on target.
